No C++ , C# ASP and stuff like that here..
Applications used for web pages?! what a hell is that?! if you mean the dev tools then there are forums on the website of that application so need to have a forum here... its quite hard to help you whiule yousing different dev tools...
So the answere is no, i disagree..
However there MIGHT be some new themes for PHP forum :
1) PEAR (and other PHP add-ons)
2) Oracle databases (might be usefull as for a webdeveloper its a must to know how you use Oracle in you applications..)
Even thou most web apps will not require Oracle DB, you have to know the basic of it, and i recommend everyone to atleast take a look at it..
