Cannot install PHP 7.0.5

It would probably have been easier to install them all using wamp or xamp, these would have installed Apache, MySql and PHP (w, a, m, p).

Just checking, are you running the 32 bit windwos 7?
 
PHP 7 has some features very interesting.
It is currently in version 7.0.6.
For some time I dedicate myself to teach their use.
Knowing the difficulties that many apresenentam in mastering the installation process, configuration and use of the triad: Apache + PHP + MySQL, I developed a tutorial in which I approach a non traditional way of implementation.
