Try this interesting html lines which take advantage of only 1 line of css code . Try it ! (I found it really useful)
Works with netscape and explorer and it can be integrated inside a table .
It should be really easy to customize .

Code:
<html>
<head>
</head>
<body>

<! -- start -->
<STYLE>

</STYLE>
<! -- news style -->

<! -- news -->
<div id="box" style="width:90%;height:250;background:#FFFFF4;border:1px solid #C0C0C0;">
<table cellpadding=0 cellspacing=0 border=0 width="100%" height="100%">
			<tr><td valign="bottom">
				<div id="TxRRN">
					<table cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" border="0">
                      <TR>
                        <td rowspan="3" style="padding:0px 4px 0px 4px;"> </td>
                      </TR>
                      <tr><td>

nice, yes this is a great piece of code i would recommend to anyone over iframes or frames especially as it is search engine friendly, and frames can be a tad tempermental, like this site that was submitted for rating on another forum made entirely out of frames, none of which work for me.

EDIT: oops, linkage

This is a good think however has its disadvantages as well..
For instance a community website has no need in reloading the whole page when only update of the one smal part is needed... thats where iframes come in handy.

Ofcource they should be avoided and use of this code will help: but unfortunately: its not always acceptable.
