delete menu in drop-down list

Hi,

I have a dynamic drop-down list created from a database, which works fine........ the problem that I have is I couldn't delete the selected item from the drop down list.
I have a delete button setup (within the form) which is supposed to delete the selected item from the drop-down list.
Thank's in advance.
 
you could probably use javascript if this menu wont need to do anything server side....
 
It kinda does have something to do with db........
got all the menu list from db
