Document View and Edit option in Online

Hi
I have developed one document management application.I want to view / edit the uploaded file without downloading files.Is it possible?Also want to maintain file version too.

You can view / edit part of the document if that's what you mean, but you cannot view / edit without sending the information to the browser :?
