Edit php file

Good evening. I am not a php user. I have a website called http://sellgoods.co.za and would like to change the text :

Buy And Sell
Search thousands of classifieds all in one place

to custom text. I have no idea even where to look for that specific file. I have never used PHP in my life. I tried contacting the developer but have not received any replies to my queries. I do apologise if this is the wrong thread to post this.

You'll need to use an ftp program to look at what files are there first, but it will be very difficult for us to help as there could be a lot of files.

It all depends on how he went about doing it?
