Well it seems you don´t have nothing to open, ´cause it will search for the last thing in the string(url)!
I mean:
page=what ??

See what happen when using:
letter=something&page=something

hi,
I'm don't know why you want to open a page using http protocol... ?
that will lead you to fetch the output that was interpreted by the php and apache....
whats your idea of doing that over here ?
