ftp upload prob

Hi guys,

this might not be a php question,, but i wish you guys may able to help..

when i try to upload a php file by using ftp manager

this error occured:
452 Error writing file: No space left on device.

what is this error means ? what can i do to fix this error ?? i have deleted some files in my server but this error still exist.

please advise..
 
Definitely not a PHP problem. Contact your hosting provider.
 
Yes, contact your ISP.

I've had this happen on a Unix server when the ISP had deleted my "write permissions".
