I suggest that you post your question at the PHP-Nuke forums. They'll be better prepared to answer it, I'm sure.

I think you need to create the forum groups and the forum categories first before you try to use the forum.

one OOPS: remember what Tempus Sans ITC text may see only pipl who have this font, and no more, cause font in CSS used by client-side. but if you want to use somthing special message better use image not text
