I wanted to use the javascript so that when the selected item in first selection list gets changed(blurred) then I should be able to use the sql query that displays the value corresponding to the first selection list in the second selection list.

The content of second selection list should be changing according to the value selected in the first selection list.

Currently i have no knowledge of AJAX and i am wondering whether it is difficult technology or whether i could do it with other techniques or scripts?
If there is no other way than AJAX,then can you refer me the best site for the AJAX technology?Any way thanks for your response.
