How do I get members on my board?

it's not really a specialized board or anything....maybe first specialize in something...there are already thousands of boards like this one :)
 
Good one, I did already thought, I tweaked the sessions page, and I also added meta tags to the index. The board had been submitted to over 65 major search engines.

I greaty appreciate the suggestion though.

Do you have any other ideas?
