Hi again,
as I am working on a new forum-script discussing topics on "basic", I thought of adding a feature that will automatically add color to posted "codes". (as you can see it on php.net)
Is that function php.net (and others) use, somewhere available (4 free), is it a tool or even part of php ?
I found a "highlighting" script here (he's probably using the function I need as well):

That gives me an idea how to aproach the problem.
My php-skills: rather average, as I am still learning the language.
