How to Show video clipping on web page also a live show on w

Dear All,

This question ,I think is not relevant to this forum but since I really believe in you please help me.

Indeed I am using php and Mysql.

My licent want to
1. Show a video clippings on the web site.
What I need to do ?
Please elaborate a n example will be great thing.

2. He also want me to show live telecast of a seminar
What arrangement I ned to do
From hardware point of view as well as Software point of view

It will be a tremendos help to me.
In case thsi sis not relevent, suggest me the other forum

Easiest way would be to store the video clips on the website with links, and let the users download them themselves.

Sorry, can't help with the live telecasts! What you'll need to do is get some form of webcam, and some software that can manage the liveweb casts and give everyone the address!
 
for the video view if u dont wann alet the user download it
use the ACTIVE X.......

maybe if u try with a web cam for the filming and and sofware link netmeeting on the other side....

but im not sure at all
