Mailform and mail adresses from mysql

You want to send an email to the users of you're forum?
Why do difficult:

Login to phpBB
goto:
Admin Panel -> Main Management (Translated, probably something else, 3rd block) --> Bulk Email

There you can mail all users or to a group that exists in your forum.
