really wierd. try to re install MySQL, might be its help....

hi,
do a thing...
please unistall the MySQL..
Look for a file 'my.ini' in c: and delete it..
and try to remove any files in c: related to mysql..
on a new installation ..
please install on "C:\mysql"
hope this solves the problem..
