Need simple email piping script in PHP

I need someone to program a simple email piping script in PHP which will need to get the subject, sending address and message from emails sent to it (via piping through etc/valiases) and pass them on as variables. The program will need make sure the email is in text format as the data needs to be added to a database.

I will consider any reasonable quotes, programmer must have good references, payment will be via PayPal, cheque or postal order.

Hmm, that is a little bit above the budget I had envisioned for this task, could you perhaps do it for less?
