Need to INSERT into MSSQL...?

Hi, i am VERY new to PHP. But i have a very URGENT problem

I need a script or code to INSERT into a MSSQL database?

Basicly, i need a registration page that will insert the details of the user registering into a MSSQL database.
Then that user can then use the details entered to LOGIN.

This is for WebsitePanel, and i am absolutely despirate for ANY help!
