I'm propose give to moderators right to manage of users.
Most user registering to mach more time ago and no one messages....
 
What's exactly the problem in users registering and not posting?
I've noticed the fact, but it is not a problem!
They could be reading all posts and learning a lot that way, if so, they can use there account to track wich message's the have read and wich not.

furthermore, it's technicly not possible in PHPBB to allow give moderators acces to user management. You need to be administrator for that. And Administrators have got full acces to everything.

Maby i say not like want. I mean that some users like T1 not read Rules about spam. And still include in this forum SPAM :evil:
Ok. New propose:
Remove user 1T3.com from this forum!
 
Bit drastic in my opinion.
Best way to deal with this is delete the spam-posts and send him a message not to do it again.
If he does it again, send another message and remove the account.
Perhaps do something with ip blocking.

But don't shoot at someone when it's not (yet) needed. You could be using overkill and scare other people away.
