These errors indicate that the server cannot start because there is already another MySQL/MariaDB server running on port 3306. The server binds to that port, and if another process is already using it, the server cannot start. To fix this problem there are some steps first make sure that there are not servers running on your system. If another server is running find it and stop or kill it. If you are using XAMPP, ensure that the XAMPP Control Panel is closed, as it may have started its own instance of MySQL. After all the steps restart the server again. If the issue continues, you may need to change the port number that MySQL/MariaDB is using.
