hi all

i have make a chat room in php and mysql. it is working fine but now i want to improve it and and want to make private chating, sending offline message and add friend list with a very good familiar chating interface.

suggestion regarding this are welcome

All what i can propose to you - create new table some like this:
id_user
id_from
message
data
mailed
id_user and id_from who and from who messages sended
i think what is message and date you understand.
mailed it's have a position Yes or No
