So let me see if I understand... you have your list of categorys in a drop-down box on a page?
Assuming you assigned each category an ID number? and used that number in the business details, you could then have the category submit to a PHP page which select's all the records with the ID number you wanted....
perhaps list each record alphabetically then link the company name to a business details page? (show brief details on the search page)...
If you wanted to make money, charge companies to be placed at the top of the list
