PHP Nuke

I have upload the the nuke.sql from phpmyAdmin and I see that the database nuk e is created with all tabales.
My questions is Is any HTML file or PHP file to run to have a graphical interface of nuke manager or ???

example: 127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin/index.php // that show graphical interface.
I'm new in PHP

PHP nuke has an administration panel that could be found at path/to/phpnuke/admin.php

However im not sure if that hasnt been changed... please contact the php-nuke documentation for that matter and if that doesnt help: php-nuke developers..

I tried giving localhost/html/admin.php
But it give errors

what kind of errors?

öike i said: check the documentation...
as i recall phpnuke has login dialog in admin.php

or maybe it was /admin/index.php
