Last I checked go-pear.bat was in php/bin. Use the search, Luke.

on my machine go-pear.bat is in the c:\PHP... the folder called PEAR will appear after you run go-pear.bat and follow the instructions... go-pear.bat may be placed somwhere else. please search, just like swirlee said.
