PHP Version 5.6 Support

I read, support for PHP 5.6 will be close after December. Is it true? If yes then need to upgrade version 7 or not? or it's not affect to my web application which is develop in PHP 5.6. Please reply me asap.
 
I suggest starting to plan your upgrade path soon. PHP 7.4 would be a good target version that balances new features and stability.
 
You are both very wrong. Php 5.6 reached end of life well over 4 years ago. Version 7.4 has already reached end of life as well. You need to upgrade to the current version 8.2.x.
