php_mysql.dll missing ???

Hi,
i have installed php 4.3 and mysql on my system both are working but i have problem to connect php with mysql. i have found a problem that there is no php_mysql.dll file int php->extension folder, perhaps it is the reason of not connecting. kindly tell me from where i get this file or wht is the way to connect.
