Hi Gabriel,
If you are looking to do it as one off, you can easily export data from phpmyadmin.
Click Export under the table contents and expand the "Custom export method", there you can choose CSV, CSV for MS Excel and more...
If you are looking to automate the procedure, you probably can with PHP and use the One Drive API, push the document out.
