It sounds to me like he has an HTML document with a button in it that does some sort of Print function. He's sending the document as an HTML e-mail and he wants the button to still work in recipient's e-mail client.

Unforunately, munnan, if I understand your question correctly, what you want is not possible. But all e-mail clients have a print function build in, you should just direct recipients to use that.
