Problems with understanding mvc

Hello! Excuse me for language. Before i knew somethink about mvc, all were right. But now i cant work, while try to upgrade my code to mvc-needs. All time i got warning "headers already sent by (controller) and (view) cant send it". What i should do, if every my html-code without php (only with forms and without attribute "action") sends http-headers, also i should make redirect at controller and again send headers... So, i dont know, what i should do... Could anyone help me?

You cannot use

header('Location: http://www.example.com/');

after using print, echo, print_r, var_dump etc..

Any output will trigger PHP to send the http-headers.
