After a great surf net i found this php script uploading script with progress BAR
here is the link ..you need to add some php patches and add some configuration in apache conf file

There's an interesting PHP+Perl solution here. It looks like a fairly good, and robust, compromise.

Of course, upload monitoring capability looks likely to be included as a standard feature in PHP5, so soon we won't have to mess with any of this stuff.
 
yah php 5 should have good uploading interface bar built in so we don't need to mess with php patches and apache conf files ....for this
