Hi, I'm an artist and I want to create a page where other artists can upload their art, descriptions etc.

I'll design the layout of the page, but I don't know anything about PHP and I don't have time to learn it at the moment.

I don't have much cash (did I mention I'm an artist?) but I'd be happy to discuss terms with anyone who would like to take on the job!
