do php have set timer function?i want to set a timer so that after a period of time my system will automatically send email to other ppl.

how can i do this?
 
For something like this you should use a cron job or your operating system's equivalent (try the Scheduler if your server is Windows).
 
my server is window.
but i would like to know wat is cron job?
