upload image from ip camera to dropbox using php script

Hi
I have this image from my ip camera "https://ipaddress:port/tmpsf/auto.jpg". I want to upload it to my dropbox from time to time using php srcipt. Can anyone help or suggest what would be the best thing to do?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
