Well.. i would guess that a solution would be doing something like a directory listing, then creating a remote dir, and uploading files one-by one... the thing is that im not really sure if its possible to upload a whole directory...
The second solution is to compress the folder with php to some archive, send it over and then unpack... you might want to try streams for that function.
