waird file path .... as for windows...

BTW, have your IIS full administrativ rights?
i have such (no no i cant say that is was a problem) mistake whan works with .NET site...

Some where in user profiles....
i dont remember now - currently i am at Gentoo Linux... i dont like WinXP. two monthes ago i moved to gentoo... its cool!

If i remember correctly it is done through an IIS Manager into website properties... I havent used IIS for quite a while... like a year or so... so unfortunately i cant be more accurate..

Go to Linux or FreeBSD :D
Both work fine for me... :D

Im not really sure that you can set Permision to write read and stuff like that there... however you can do it in IIS Manager,...

You can't specifically make it read write etc in User Profiles, but the User Profiles can make the IIS user an admin so it can do almost anything then.
