Yes the problem lies in installing wrong WAMP setup.
You just installed WAMP x64 from the internet on an WIN x86 system.
So what U should do now -
1. Uninstall WAMP and delete the folder also.
2. Download WAMP for 32 bit system or WAMP x86.
3. Install it & ENJOY
