What method do you use?

What methoud do you use when it comes to html-templates? Do you have a file with a list of all variables with html-values and just include() 'em? or do you write a single template file per html section and fopen() 'em? Or anything else?

I'd like to know your opinions about it, what's faster, better etc Thanks

very interesting it's Smarty you may find at smarty.php.net and PATtemplate at php-tools.net

Smarty is very cool but too hard for understanding....
These template to flaxible and powerfull

yeah seems a bit hard for just a designer It's very good though...well I'll keep my template-thing for a while
