what OS do you recomend

I've recently bought a mini dedicated server and am not sure which os to put on it.
I would rather stick to runing a linux OS on it so as to use less resources.
Which disoto would you recomend though: Red Hat, Fedora, CentOS, SLAX, ect

Spec.
Processor: 1.6 gHz (single core)
RAM: 2GB
HDD: 320 GB


Apps: Apache, PHP, Mysql, SMTP/POP, SVN, DNS, mabye more later
 
Just to let you know, i've decided to use debian linux due to the low overhead on system resource usage.
