I'd say no.

I'm installing osC for a client at the moment, if it is they have done a good job.

Edit: After looking here http://www.algozone.com/shop/oscommerce ... rers_id=10 it is hard to tell, email them and ask them.

I've just created a similar project. As with anything start really small and then build up. Build the input page for the property information first, build an image upload page, create the login system for the property owners etc....and put it all together... Don't think you will find many tutorials ...

Think I have solved it. <?php for($a=0;$a<2;$a++) { mysql_data_seek($rCalData, 0); for($i=0;$row_rCalData=mysql_fetch_assoc($rCalData);$i++) { $SDate = $row_rCalData['SDate']; $EDate = $row_rCalData['EDate']; echo $SDate . " - " . $EDate . "<br />\n"; } } ?>

OK, take two, Got this simple test. if(($DayTest >= $row_rCalData['SDate']) AND $DayTest <= $row_rCalData['EDate'] { $class = "booked"; } else { $class = "day"; } Problem is I need to test this against an array. 1 => 2005-01-10 ... 2005-01-14 2 => 2005-01-16 ... 2005-01-18 Tried the following but it...

Calender Issue

I'm attempting to populate a calender if there is data in a table, works for the most part. // Query $qu_caldata = "SELECT SDate, EDate, BR FROM villa_rent_cal WHERE VID='$VID' AND DATE_FORMAT(SDate, '%c')='$Month' ORDER BY SDate ASC"; $rCalData = mysql_query($qu_caldata, $conn_v4) or die(mysql_erro...

You just change the style sheet based on the selection. This site actually has five versions of the images and the page is just loading an image based on what $cl is currently set to. You could for example load the relevant logo with the following, not saying this is the best approach, just an examp...

I'd love my own server although even if I didn't rent a dedicated and had my own I'd still go with co-location meaning it would still be in the US while I'm still in the UK :) [UK prices suck and most of my members are in the US]. I'm no good at configuring servers, I know how to change the upload_m...

Re: updating/inserting data into multiple tables

mysql_query("UPDATE forum_areas SET last_update = '$date' WHERE id = '$board_id'");
mysql_query("UPDATE forum_topics SET last_update = '$date' WHERE id = '$topic_id'");

my suggestion, not sure if thats it though, ( ' ) after board_id and topic_id

Cheers for the idea however I currently have 1800 directories already on my server (which are the issue) and I would rather not leave the folders chmod'd to 0777 if they do not need to be.

I have just run get_current_user() and it returns the same user name which is used for FTP access, this username also happens to be the same name which apparently owns all the folders. I was thinking about using ftp_chmod but it doesn't appear as though my setup was built with it enabled, have to ge...

Permission Issue

On searching the forums I think I have a permission error. I have created an upload, scale, copy system etc for my site and everything works great when the directories are chmod'd to 777, problem is I have to do this using my ftp program. Using chmod("directory", 0777); doesn't work due to permissio...
