Re: how to make right DIV the same height as the rest of pag

footer went below the screen view Simple. You used 100% height on the div before footer, which are under same parent div. To be more specific, left/right/center divs already had height of 100% (full browser web page view height) and then you added foote, which increased whole document height over 1...

Re: php oracle sql injection

Just a guess. Are you sure that, in this case, you need to use only single oci_fetch_array() mode option?
Did you give a try to

Code: Select all

OCI_RETURN_NULLS + OCI_ASSOC
istead of just

Code: Select all

OCI_RETURN_NULLS
?

BTW. This page appears to be first on Google search for "php forum", but it feels dead to me. Seems strange. And only "old-timer" I ever recently saw here would be, I think, egami

Re: selected="selected" in drrop down-php

No value is displayed because subcategory box is generated when category box value is changed by client. Easiest way would be to populate subcategory box with PHP. As for JavaScript, on page load you could check which category is selected and populate-select items in subcategory box. To automaticall...

Re: A list

Seems you're talking about databases

You already wrote almost everything for SQL query

Code: Select all

SELECT *
FROM
    table2,
    table1
WHERE
    table2.amount = 0 AND
    table2.product_id != table1.product_id
complete query with php and loop through all rows, to fetch them

Did you write all that stuff with $rs variables?

Since you no longer use Execute(); remove those $rs->Close();

Re: Fitting web pages within the computer screen

Code: Select all

width="1250"
well of course they don't fit.
Use % to determine width so that it would fin in any resolution.
Or use standard width in pixels so that it would fit most smallest standard resolutions.

Alright, it's not returning any objects to $rs , then make use of functions which is used before. change       $rs = $db->Execute("SELECT * FROM `{$tables['category']['name']}` WHERE `STATUS` = '2' AND `PARENT_ID` = ".$db->qstr($id)." ORDER BY `".CATEG_FIELD_SORT."` ".CATEG_FIELD_SORT_ORDER);       ...

If you're trying that mysqli, make sure it's installed/configured in your server. If not, you will need to install/configure it.

Re: selected="selected" in drrop down-php

There is no mySQL in this code. On first select there is event onChange. That event gets your selected item index from firs select and, according to index value, populates second select. If, when you select something from first select box, you want to populate second select box with already selected...

lets take your function in_numeric() change line is_alphabetic($name); to return is_alphabetic($name); and that would be example of recursive function.
