56k simulator?

does anyone know if there's a 56k simulator?

I've got a 10Mbit connection so sometimes I think I get a bit speedblinded... I want to test my sites for 56k somehow...

not EXACTLY what you wanted, but http://www.bookmarklets.com/tools/convert/index.phtml#dwnldclc gives a decent idea of how long it should take...
