Apache 2.2: Changed DocumentRoot but..

Not, get 403 Forbidden when accessing any files directly. This is on an XP SP3 system. If I go to 127.0.0.1 I get "It Works". But that html page has been moved to the new document root folder. If I try to directly access 127.0.0.1/index2.html I get 403.
