Cant acess Localhost with localhost butbwith 127.0.0.1

Hi. I if I type in localhoat in the address bar it will tell me that I am forbidden to access this location. Unless I use 127.0.0.1. And using it is a bit time consuming and uncomfortable. How do I change it so I can always use local host.
