I need a developer for a colection of sites

Hi.... I need developer for a colection of sites that will required to be created. Is 44 sites at package. The sites will be small sites (2 pages) and the content will be really . What I will required : to be able to use a small theme that will be mostlly reused for next sites but with some small diference at design; to be able to make a script that can copy in real time some infos from another site I will provide and that the basic idea (NOT ENTIRE SITE.... just some infos :D ).
