Import from .dbf table into MySql

Dear forum Members,

I am a biginner and I intend to import data from .dbf FoxPro table into a table in mysql. But I don't know how to import data from the table. Additionally is it possible to import data of memo type in FoxPro. Please guide me appropriately.
