hi
my problem is i upload phpbannerexchange2.0 i go to see the result
but i see this message how i finish it or any information useful
Template file /template/footer.php not found.
 
I don't know phpbannerexchange but there are a few possible problems:

• incorrectly installed (ie without templates) - reinstall
• insufficient access (ie cannot read template) - check with your hosting provider
• designed to work with Apache and now running with IIS - missing DOCUMENT_ROOT
The last problem can usually only be fixed by manually changing some code, perhaps in a global include file...
